Can the AI presenter hold or use my actual product?
Yes. We take 2–3 reference photos and either generate the product in-frame or composite your real product in post — whichever reads cleaner. Labels and packaging almost always get composited for accuracy.
Which platforms are the videos sized for?
All deliverables are 1080×1920, 9:16 vertical — native for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Shopee Video, and TikTok Shop. 1:1 crops available on request.
Do you handle paid-media buying as well?
Not directly. We hand off ad-ready MP4s. If you need a media buyer, we can refer trusted Singapore-based partners we’ve worked with.
What categories do you not take on?
We pass on fashion where fit and fabric accuracy matter, supplements and beauty with efficacy claims, and anything regulated under HSA that an AI presenter can’t truthfully represent.
How do you handle revisions?
One free hook rewrite per video on Pilot, two on Growth, unlimited within reason on Scale. Structural reshoots (new scene, new wardrobe) are quoted separately but are usually fast.
